Job Description
1. Responsible for preparing customer-related reports on a monthly basis (SMIR).
2. Responsible for preparing analysis reports and PPTs for issues/defects reported by customers.
3. Daily reporting and follow-up with vendor boys regarding defects and line issues reported from MSIL assembly lines.
4. Coordination for customer audits, implementation of action plans, and submission of evidence/PPTs to customers
