Job Description
β’ Coordinate and manage business travel arrangements including: Flight & Hotel bookings And Cab arrangements
β’ Meeting coordination for guests and employees
β’ Manage office administration activities and ensure smooth office operations
β’ Handle office housekeeping requirements and supervise housekeeping staff and Manage office pantry
β’ Vendor management including negotiation for hotel bookings, office services, and supplies
β’ Maintain office documentation and coordinate with banks and external agencies when required
β’ Manage employee attendance and leave records
β’ Support day-to-day administrative activities and operational tasks
β’ Information System Management β Laptop / Printers / Videoconferencing etc.
β’ Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and operational discipline at all times
β’ Support RE (Rotational employee from Korea) and his family
Educational Qualification
β’ Graduate in any discipline
β’ Minimum 7β8 years of experience in Office Administration or similar role
β’ Basic knowledge of IT-related matters and office systems
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills
β’ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
β’ Experience in travel coordination and hotel/vendor bookings preferred
β’ Preferred age group: 30β40 years
