Job Description

Position: Business Development Manager, Pune, Bangalore Location

Experience: 7-18 years

CTC:-15-25 LPA





Requirements:-

BE/BTech/ME/MSc in Electronics
Candidate with 7+ years of related experience is preferred.
Willing to Learn, Growth Mindset, Positive thinking, Open mind should be Dynamic.
In-depth knowledge of the workings of Active /Passive components (Power Electronics, Analog, Semiconductors, and Microcontroller) & Strong digital electronics fundamentals
Design experience, including skills like Schematic review, board-level debugging & troubleshooting hardware issues, is a plus.
Problem-solving skills and ability to drive issue resolution with cross-functional team.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills, and ability to work in a sales environment.
Willingness and ability to travel to explore new opportunities and support customers.

Principal Responsibilities

Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer interface to the company's resources that drives and supports high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, as measured in surveys, and share of wallet.
Develops strong, strategic relationships with customer(s) to identify and leverage the customersโ€™ business goals, growth strategies, and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate business value proposition sales solution strategy. Conducts regular business reviews with assigned accounts to track progress toward revenue and growth goals and owns execution of the business plan.
Maintains and monitors pipeline and metrics for assigned customers, performs analysis, and identifies improvement opportunities.
Supports suppliers' strategies by aligning solutions with customers to maximize profitable growth and customer expansion.
Prioritize customers and opportunities with the greatest potential for success.
Customer inventory management: Coordinate with logistics and the Warehouse team. Processing of daily/weekly/monthly & Quarterly reports.
Bridge between the Supplier and Customers-have to work closely with both.
Work on New Business Development.

Works independently within an assigned territory/account base with moderately sized accounts/opportunities. Has flexibility to set and negotiate terms within defined parameters; is beginning to plan own territory or account approach.
Collaborates with internal team, managers, and support functions. Has direct contact with clients.
