Role Description:-
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Support Executive/Customer Service Representative (CSR). The role involves day-to-day tasks such as support to Sales Staff, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service through effective communication. The executive will also be responsible for analyzing customer needs and providing solutions accordingly.

Excel proficient-should know Pivot, V lookup, X look up, Data sheet.

Job Role:-
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Executive with 3β7 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore.
The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery coordination.
Process sales orders, quotations, returns, and delivery updates as per company systems.
Provide accurate product availability, pricing, and lead time information.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse, procurement) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Track shipments and proactively update customers on order status.
Manage customer complaints or issues efficiently.
Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data accuracy.
Support the sales team in account servicing and post-sales support.
Payment follows up with customers, sending them reminder emails
Inventory sharing with customers
