Our Trainer Pragati Oberoi engaged in deep conversations with all the participants about the role of managers; there were a whole lot of discussions around case studies that focused on management related concerns and situations. There was brainstorming around the different management skills that are mandatory while managing tasks, people and most importantly, self!

Amongst all the skills that were discussed like, Goal Alignment, Communication with stakeholders, Problem solving, Decision-making and Team Development, the part that impacted all participants immensely was โ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐น๐ณ-๐ ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ปโ!
This part was a deep dive into the world of motivation and by the end of the discussion, we all concluded that self-motivation, internal motivation is the key to success and effective management of self, tasks and people!
