Guided by this philosophy, we recently organized a ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐๐ข๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ณ๐๐ ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ focussing on ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐๐ฐ๐ง๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ (๐๐๐), ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง-๐๐๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ, for one of our valued Japanese clients.

โ ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ ๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐๐ก ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ฒ to help participants reflect on their existing understanding and identify the gaps. This was done through case studies and activities, which were fun, yet insightful.
โ ๐๐ ๐ฌ๐ก๐๐ซ๐๐ ๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง-๐๐๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค with participants to give them a structured approach towards taking decisions in daily situations. They could identify where they need to realign and rethink and enhance their decision-making capabilities.
The session was excellently delivered by our trainer Pragati Oberoi. Insights were created through thought-provoking questions and navigating through daily thought processes and actions of the participants.
Throughout the session, the participants were highly interactive and engaging, fostering a collaborative environment for learning. The participants performed amazingly in the case studies and practical activities, demonstrating a quick grasp of complex scenarios and a keen ability to apply the learnings.
