“Culture is the widening of the mind and of the spirit.” – Jawaharlal Nehru
Understanding and adapting to different cultures is key to building meaningful global relationships and fostering effective collaboration in today’s interconnected workplace.
Pasona India remains committed to bringing Indian and Japanese culture closer and help both sides to integrate into each other’s culture, through such cross-culture sensitization and awareness sessions.
We are grateful to our valued client Mitsubishi Electric in India for once again placing their trust in us as their learning partner and providing us with the opportunity to conduct a cross-cultural sensitization program for their Japanese expatriate members.
The long & interactive training session on “Working with India” was designed for the participants to gain a deeper understanding of Indian cultural values, comprehend workplace expectations, communication styles, and professional practices. It focused on:
The face-to-face session encouraged active participation, enabling participants to openly discuss their experiences, clarify assumptions, and gain practical insights into working effectively with Indian colleagues and teams.
The Japanese expatriates were enthusiastic to understand new perspectives and strengthened their understanding of the Indian mindset and work environment.
To ensure greater ease of learning and meaningful engagement, the session was delivered in Japanese language by our trainer Pragati Oberoi, facilitating effective communication and deeper comprehension throughout the session.
We sincerely thank our client for their continued partnership and look forward to supporting their global learning and development initiatives in the future.
