Business Development & Sales β Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, prepare proposals/quotations, and achieve sales targets for SMT machines and solutions. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management β Build and maintain strong relationships with EMS/PCB manufacturers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions. Technical Consultation & Product Demonstration β Present and demonstrate SMT equipment, explain technical advantages, and support customers in selecting suitable machines Coordination with Internal & Global Teams β Work closely with application engineers, service teams, and overseas principals to ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sales support
