■About the Role
We are hiring highly motivated, performance-driven Sales Executives to join our early-stage team in Gurgaon.
This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in target-oriented environments, enjoy cold calling and outbound sales, and are motivated by clear numbers and results rather than job titles or years of experience.
You will be part of a small, multicultural team (Japanese, Nepali, and Indian members) and will play a key role in the 0→1 phase of our India business.
■Employment Structure
As our India operations have just been launched, some internal policies and benefit structures are currently being finalized.
To ensure a stable, compliant, and employee-friendly working environment from the beginning, initial employment will be arranged through an EOR (Employer of Record) service using Deel.
This EOR arrangement is intended as a temporary setup during the initial phase.
Once our local employment policies and internal frameworks are fully established, employment is planned to transition to direct hiring by our India entity, subject to business conditions and mutual agreement.
