The Manufacturing Management Engineer will manage shopfloor operations, manpower, and production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage line manpower and daily production activities

Control production schedules and output

Train operators on assembly processes and rules

Establish and enforce shopfloor rules

Prepare QC process charts and work instructions

Requirements:

Experience in manufacturing or production management

Strong leadership and coordination skills

Kannada & English communication skills

Male candidate preferred
