Job Description
Administrative Duties (60%)
β’ Managing procurement and inventory of office supplies and materials to ensure smooth operations
β’ Providing general administrative support, including document filing, organization, and schedule coordination
β’ Maintaining and updating financial and administrative records with accuracy and confidentiality
β’ Communicating with external vendors, suppliers, and financial institutions as needed
β’ Handling routine office correspondence and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
β’ Preparing documents and providing support for employee relocations and repatriations
Accounting Duties (40%)
β’ Managing invoice processing and verifying accounting records for accuracy
β’ Handling employee expense reimbursements and supporting documentation
β’ Ensuring tax filings and payments are accurate and timely
β’ Assisting in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
β’ Supporting financial statement preparation, internal reports, and account reconciliations
β’ Monitoring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
β’ Coordinating with external accounting firms and tax advisors
