Manage both domestic sales and export business to achieve assigned sales targets
β’ Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and suppliers
β’ Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential partners
β’ Prospect and convert potential customers into active business accounts
β’ Conduct cold calling and market outreach to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
β’ Build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners
β’ Handle additional or ad-hoc tasks as assigned
β’ Be flexible to work across different segments such as coatings, paints, etc.
β’ Role covers both domestic sales and international business activities
Customer Service staff in BLR is responsible for end-to-end sales order support, including order entry, delivery coordination, billing follow-up, and issue handling. This role works closely with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service to customers, mainly through back-office coordination and communication.
Educational Qualification
Bachelorβs Degree (Commerce / Business / Supply Chain preferred)
2β5 years of experience in Customer Service / Sales Coordination / Inside Sales
Experience in trading / distribution / industrial or chemical industry preferred
Knowledge of order processing & delivery coordination
Basic understanding of logistics, billing and documentation
Proficient in Excel & MS Office
Experience in ERP order processing (Navision is better )
Good written & spoken English
