Job Description
・Job type: Technical service executive who provide product technical support to clients in person and remotely. Also extend support to fix customer technical problems by detailed instructions
・Age: 28 to 32 years old
・Preferred date of joining: Mar/Apr 2026
・Work location: Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Delhi/Gurgaon
・Experience: 3~5 years
・Qualification: Must be a university graduate (Electrical/Electronic preferable)
・Language: English, Hindi, Local languages
・We are looking for the following in candidate

- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Listening to what customers want and helping them by taking ownership of customer need/issue
- Seeing problems through to resolution by providing step-by-step instructions
- Fix product technical issues through email, phone or virtually
- Willing to travel pan India for Installation, Network Configuring and Field service issues
- Ability to work independently
- Keep detailed records of customer’s technical issues, solutions and customer satisfaction data.
- Proficient with networking, PLC, Electrical & Electronic components
- Provide training sessions for product set up and software access to technical and non-technical persons

・Salary Monthly salary: ₹ 30,000-35,000 (Gross)

- Employment rules and conditions are in accordance with general Indian labour laws
- Travel allowance and other business trip expenses (Airfare, hotel, etc.) will be borne by company
- Public transport expenses from home to office provide separately after confirmation

- Initial screening done by consultant
- Candidate document screening by Manager & Asst. Manager and thereafter interviews start sequentially for selected candidate
- Final interview with Sr. GM & MD
Educational Qualification

Must be a university graduate (Electrical/Electronic preferable)
