Job Description


Manage both domestic sales and export business to achieve assigned sales targets
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and suppliers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential partners
• Prospect and convert potential customers into active business accounts
• Conduct cold calling and market outreach to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners
• Handle additional or ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Be flexible to work across different segments such as coatings, paints, etc.
• Role covers both domestic sales and international business activities
Domestic & International Sales experience
Plastics raw materials / Resin Sales
B2B Industrial Sales
New business development & account management
Customer relationship management (CRM)
Export & International trade knowledge
Knowledge of LC / Import–Export documentation
Market development — South East Asia
Stock & sales operations (Domestic)
Basic taxation & commercial knowledge
Communication & presentation skills
Independent working & self-driven personality
Team collaboration
Willingness to travel• Handle both domestic sales and export business to achieve sales targets
• Maintain existing customers and suppliers accounts
• Develop new business with existing and potential customers and suppliers
• Prospect for potential new customers and turn this into increased business
• Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with existing and potential business partners

• Should be ready to work in different segments like coating, paints etc.

Educational Qualification

【MUST】
Bachelor’s Degree — B.Sc (Chemistry) / B.E. (Chemical)
CIPET – PGD-PPT (Post Graduate Diploma in Plastics Processing & Testing) — Preferred
2 to 6 years of relevant sales experience in:
• Plastics raw materials / Plastic resin
• Automotive / Chemicals
• Industrial consumables
Experience in domestic sales & export / international business
Market knowledge of South-East Asia — Required
Knowledge of international trade & Letters of Credit (LCs) — Advantage
Knowledge of domestic stock & sales operations — Preferred
Working knowledge of commerce-related taxation
