■Hiring Background
Due to a 6-month maternity and childcare leave of the current operations staff, we are looking for an experienced professional who can immediately take charge of trade operations and delivery-related duties.
This position is designed with a clear career path:
　First ~6 months: Focus on trade operations and delivery management
　After ~6 months: Gradual transition into a sales role

Candidates must be comfortable with this role transition.
■Job Responsibilities
【Phase 1: Trade Operations & Delivery (First ~6 months)】
・Preparation and confirmation of quotations
(Invoicing / billing duties are NOT included)
・Order processing and delivery schedule management
・Handling and checking trade-related documents
(Invoice, Packing List, B/L, etc.)
・Coordination with freight forwarders, suppliers, and logistics partners
・Close communication with internal stakeholders (GM and Sales)
・First-level response to delivery delays or operational issues

【Phase 2: Sales Role (After ~6 months)】
・Handling existing customers
・Assist in new customer and new business development
・Follow-up on quotations and proposals
・Coordination with the Japan HQ and other global offices
・Willingness to travel for business to Chennai, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, etc.
・Sales experience is not required; on-the-job training will be provided.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
