1. RFQ Handling from Making quotation and negotiation till MP of Customer
2. Feasibility Planning of New RFQ.
3. Preparation Long term forecast of SGIPL
4. Preparing yearly forecast customer wise.
5. Monitoring delivery of customer as per their plan.
6. RM revision settlement with customers Quarterly.
7. Quotation submission in Customer Portal
8. Supplementary invoice and payment follow-up
9. Tooling movement of customer tool and payment follow-up
10. Quotation revision as per ECN & DCN received from customers
11. Internal as well as external audit.
12. CPS suppliers' coordination for cost as well as delivery also with the support of customers
13. Planning and compensation of Discontinued models
14. ACD & Accrual data preparation for finance
15. Monitoring delivery of customer as per their plan
