•Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
•Create clear and detailed Product specifications and Product standard adapted to Aftermarket needs
•Ensure compliance of standard for each new develop
•Improve the product standard
Product Engineering
•Develop product expertise, application of standards, training and coaching of staff
•Supervise the tests requires and mockup
•Ensure compliance with guidelines, regulations
•Ensure compliance with Intellectual property (IP)
Product Development
•Understand the Market/customer requirement
•Contribute to project cost planning/resources definition
•Ensure to deliver in terms of costs/resources/time
Team Management
•Foster a climate of teamwork and motivation within the team by encouraging aftermarket entrepreneurship mindset, professional
development and growth of employees (assessment, training, coaching and mentoring).
•Manage resources planning and budget: to distribute necessary resources in Engineering, Design, Testing... for the project success
•Ensure the deployment of the company communication to the global team
•Ensure proper work environment for the team
•Support team about design and product competencies
