Major Job Responsibilities
Scrutinize, maintain and finalize the books of accounts as per schedule III of The Companies Act.
Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate
GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
Assisting leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process; administering and reviewing
all financial plans and comparing to actual results with a view to identifying, explaining and
correcting variances as appropriate.
Maintaining internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, plan budgets and actual
expenditures.
Solid experience coordinating audit activities, managing reporting analysis, accounts payable and
receivable, general ledger, payroll, Inter-co accounts etc
Manage and coordinate IFCFR audit, tax audits, transfer pricing study and tax assessment case.
Identify and mitigate tax risks.
Review tax-related information to include tax provisions, depreciation schedules, tax returns etc.
Leveraging strengths of the finance team members; providing clarity on the roles and
responsibilities; developing and implementing training programmes to maximize and help them
reach optimal individual and organizational goals.
Reconcile receivable, Sales, PSI, customer balance confirmation etc.
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual accounts closing and Audit.
Review of Income tax, TDS/ TCS, GST return data, GST audit, filling monthly and annual GST Return.
Misc. function as per accounting requirement.
Educational Qualification
Education and Experience Requirements:
CA qualified must
Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience
Ready to relocate Bengaluru location
