1. Job Responsibilities
1-1. Cost Accounting & Control
Calculation of manufacturing costs (raw materials, labor, overhead)
Comparison of standard cost vs. actual cost
Cost analysis and cost reduction initiatives
1-2. Payment Management & Accounting Operations
Vendor payment processing
Expense reimbursement management
Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
1-3. Fixed Asset Management
Maintenance and monitoring of fixed asset records
1-4. Reporting to Japan Headquarters
Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Japanese accounting standards
Conversion and reporting based on data provided by the Indian accounting firm
1-5. Audit Support
Handling statutory audits conducted by Indian Chartered Accountants (CA)
Educational Qualification
Practical experience in accounting and finance (manufacturing industry experience preferred)
Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS)
