Job Description
In Preparation period of new plant
1) Establishment of material procurement procedures
2) Development of regulations for material procurement operations (material purchasing management regulations, etc.)
3) Establishment of material procurement organization, planning and execution of recruitment plan for initial members
4) Training of initial members
In after setting up new plant
1) Setting the India Materials Department's activity policy, goals, and activity details, and managing progress.
2) Reviewing and approving all material procurement operations (master management, vendor evaluation and selection, cost analysis, pricing and ordering, contracts, delivery date management, receipt and inspection, inventory management, purchasing and cost reduction results compilation, CSR procurement promotion, BCP response, etc.).
3) Coordinating material procurement operations for the entire factory.
4) Coordinating and reporting to Japan HQ and other overseas.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree or above
