Job Description
1) Quality control
Quality confirmation during assembly, inspection, and reliability testing, analysis of rejected products, and implementation of corrective actions.
2) Equipment management and maintenance
Regular inspections of production equipment, response to malfunctions, and formulation and implementation of preventive maintenance plans.
3) Technical guidance
Technical guidance to operators on proper equipment operation methods and quality standards.
4) Improvement activities
Leading process improvement activities aimed at improving productivity and reducing defect rates.
5) Technical document management
Creation and management of equipment manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree or above
