Job Description
1. Driving business development initiatives:
β’ Lead and drive business development efforts (e.g. exploration, identification, evaluation and execution of new opportunities, including M&A) by directing and mobilizing the broader team; utilize experience and industry relationships to develop new opportunities;
β’ Coordinate with internal and external parties (i.e. all development work-streams and support functions) to minimize execution risks;
β’ Provide oversight to associated teammembers/parties structuring/ negotiating a variety of contracts associated with power/energy projects; develop contractual strategies consistent with project, regional and broader objectives and market design/ risks;
2. Expanding JERAβs strategic network
β’ Establish and maintain a permanent liaison with relevant government authorities.
β’ Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen networks and identify new opportunities.
3. Information-gathering activities:
β’ Conduct meetings and information exchanges with local developers or financial institutions to gather market intelligence, as well as information sharing with JERA team.
Educational Qualification
University graduation
