II) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A) Team Management, Channel Management
ο· Lead, Manage and Motivate team of South region.
ο· Develop and implement effective Sales processes, pipeline management, industry trends, mentoring
team and fostering culture of collaboration, innovation.
ο· Knows Channel (Distributors and Dealers) handling.
ο· Collaborate with cross functional teams including Technical, Marketing, Service team to drive the
organization objective.
ο· Build and maintain the strong relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
B) Sales Management (Target Achievement)
ο· Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
