 Create day to day interaction with customer to follow PO and other servicerelated
activities and build good rapport.
 Ensure that customer requirements are clearly communicated to production.
 Responsible for overall functions & operations of the development dept.

 Co-ordinates for the submission of Quotation & first article.
 Upon approval turn into pilot lot production based on the feedback to initiate
Mass production.
 Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained properly if any issue is address and

 Ensure proper Customer Relationship Management.
 Ensure that all design projects are completed within budget and time.
 Good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, engineering
drawings, manufacturing processes, and Bill of Material (BOM)
 Identify customers for generating revenues for the organizations.
 Achieve order bookings as per the monthly budgeted targets.
 Maintain a harmonious relationship with the customers - External and internal.
 Establishing new market and new products.

Diploma / BE
