Mass hiring of shopfloor (blue-collar) workers
Build candidate pipelines via agencies, referrals, institutes, and local networks
Manage recruitment KPIs (applications, interviews, conversion rates)
Traning & Onbording
Conduct onboarding training (safety, rules, basic operations)
Improve training programs in collaboration with production teams
Retention
Analyze and reduce early attrition
Support employees and resolve workplace issues
Assist in improving shopfloor working conditions
