In this position, the successful candidate will mainly be responsible for pre-export parts inspection and quality control activities.

The main duties include quality checks, inspection, report preparation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders for mechanical parts, especially parts related to construction machinery and hydraulic equipment.

The main responsibilities are as follows:

・Quality inspection of parts before export
・Visual, dimensional, and specification checks of mechanical parts, construction machinery-related parts, and hydraulic equipment-related parts
・Quality checks based on inspection standards, drawings, and specifications
・Confirmation, recording, and reporting of defective items and quality issues
・Preparation of inspection result reports
・Coordination with suppliers, internal departments, and customers regarding quality matters
・Follow-up on quality improvement activities and recurrence prevention measures
・Pre-shipment inspection, including checks of packing condition, labels, and quantity
・On-site confirmation and inspection support at the Oragadam site as needed
・Management of quality-related documents based on customer requirements

Work Location
Chennai Office / Oragadam
Approximately half of the month is expected to be spent working at the Chennai city office, and the remaining half at the Oragadam site.
