■Key Responsibilities
Drawing Review & Manufacturing Feasibility
Review customer drawings and confirm product manufacturability.
Prepare internal processing drawings based on customer drawings.
Register, deploy, and update internal drawings for production use.
Understand material types, manufacturers, and specifications.

CAD Drawing & Technical Documentation
Create and maintain internal drawings and jig/tool drawings using 2D CAD.
Review and verify jig, tool, and equipment parts drawings using 3D CAD.
Create and manage electrical drawings and mechanical drawings.
Prepare and maintain technical documents, reports, rules, regulations, and check sheets.
Prepare ISO-related documents, including regulations, rules, and check sheets.

Equipment & Maintenance Management
Create equipment lists for automatic and manual machines.
Plan and implement maintenance activities for automatic and manual equipment.
Understand machine mechanisms, operation methods, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collect information from equipment manufacturers and consult with them when required.
Prepare maintenance tools and manage purchase requests, quantities, and tool conditions.
Check and report daily normal and abnormal machine conditions.
Manage equipment, jigs, tools, consumable parts, incoming/outgoing records, and required purchase requests.
Conduct daily factory infrastructure checks, maintain records, and create related databases.

Machine Productivity & Changeover
Check and monitor machine productivity.
Manage machine changeovers and create a database of changeover time.
Identify issues affecting machine productivity and implement improvement actions.
Support production planning from a manufacturing engineering perspective.

PLC, Electrical & PC Link Support
Handle PLC programming, including Mitsubishi, Omron, Panasonic, or similar systems.
Support electrical wiring, connection, and PC link activities.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to equipment.

Applicator & Spare Parts Management
Manage applicator quantities, serial numbers, operation manuals, and consumable parts lists.
Manage spare parts for equipment and jigs/tools.
Monitor stock-in and stock-out data for consumable and spare parts.
Request purchase of necessary parts when required.

Training & Shop-floor Support
Prepare training materials for new operators.
Provide education and training to new staff and workers.
Support production floor members regarding equipment operation, changeover, and troubleshooting.

Improvement Activities & Internal Coordination
Promote and implement KAIZEN / continuous improvement activities.
Coordinate and negotiate with other departments as required.
Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, purchasing, logistics, and management teams.

Reporting & Business Trips
Prepare reports for the company, management, and Japanese expatriates.
Participate in domestic and overseas business trips when required.
Overseas business trips may last up to one month.
