Key resources in QMS/EMS functions.
QMS & EMS Staff operates the processes of Quality Management System(QMS) and Chemical Management
System(EMS), handles and implements internal and external QMS, EMS, and other audits(internal, external).,
implements factory operators’ training, identifies and implement quality initiatives within the company,
ensuring that the organization consistently upholds its commitment to quality and maintaining the integrity and
effectiveness of our QMS & EMS, Inspection activities for product conformance.
Key responsibilities/activities
1. Operate the processes of Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System
(EMS), including Management Reviews and QMS promotion committees, ensuring that the organization
is aligned in its quality & environmental objectives and consistently delivers high-quality products.
2. Implement factory operators’ training to ensure that everyone involved in the production process
understands and adheres to the organization's quality standards, and that those standards are continually
evaluated and improved.
3. Handle and implement internal and external QMS, EMS, and other audits to ensure that all operations
within the organization meet regulatory standards, industry guidelines, and internal policies.
4. Lead technical evaluation of parts & products, analyze and control CAPA (including NHS, NRS,
Nonconformity) root cause identification & reports in monthly meeting.
5. Identify and implement quality initiatives within the company, promoting consistency in quality practices
across the organization through effective management.
Educational Qualification
B. Tech(Bachelor of Technology) / diploma holder in
Electronic / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering in a government recognized institute and having an
experience of more than 3 years as an engineer in manufacturing factory
