He shall be capable to handle maintenance various machines-powered by PLC ,Robots, VFD, Servo systems and advanced field electronic devices
Shall be ready to work full-time hours in industrial and factory environments during all shifts, including nights and weekends.
Team Management and development & Providing a high quality of preventive maintenance activity for maximum up-time and productivity of equipment
Monitoring & Achieving of Preventative Maintenance & Daily maintenance plan.
Analysis of Maintenance Key Performance Indicator (KPI) like MTBF, MTBF to ensure equipment availability
Evaluate materials, parts, and components for compliance with global environmental regulations such as IMDS, ELV, REACH, RoHS, and GADSL
Collect, review, and validate material declarations from suppliers to ensure regulatory compliance requirements are met
Perform material composition analysis and assess restricted or prohibited substances in products
Create, update, and maintain IMDS submissions and ensure customer acceptance within required timelines.
Support ELV (End-of-Life Vehicle Directive) compliance activities by validating recyclability and restricted substance requirements
Monitor updates to REACH SVHC, RoHS exemptions, and other environmental regulations, and assess their impact on products
