Position: IT / AI Executive

Job Purpose
The IT / AI Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining AI-powered
automation solutions while supporting the company’s existing IT operations. The role
requires hands-on knowledge of AI tools, Microsoft Power Automate, SQL, JSON, Python
scripting, and basic API integrations, along with the ability to support SAP Business One
and routine IT activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI & Business Automation
 Build, implement, and maintain AI-powered and automated business solutions.
 Use Claude AI or similar AI tools to support business process automation and
productivity improvement.
 Identify manual and repetitive processes that can be automated.
 Coordinate with di􀆯erent departments to understand automation requirements
and develop suitable solutions.
2. Microsoft Power Automate
 Design, develop, and maintain workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
 Automate approval processes, notifications, data movement, reporting, and
other routine business activities.
 Monitor existing workflows and troubleshoot automation-related issues.
 Improve existing workflows based on business requirements.
3. SQL & Data Handling
 Write basic to intermediate SQL queries for data retrieval, verification, and
validation.
 Support data extraction and preparation for business reports.
 Troubleshoot basic data-related issues.
 Maintain data accuracy and integrity while working with automation solutions.
4. JSON & API Integration
 Work with JSON data structures for automation and system integrations.
 Support integration between applications using APIs.
 Understand and troubleshoot basic API requests and responses.
 Experience with REST APIs and third-party application integrations will be an
added advantage.
5. Python Scripting
 Develop simple Python scripts for automation, data processing, and repetitive
IT activities.
 Modify and maintain existing Python automation scripts.
 Use Python to support internal productivity and reporting requirements.
6. SAP Business One & Existing IT Support
 Support and monitor existing SAP Business One activities.
 Coordinate with users and external support teams for SAP-related issues.
 Monitor day-to-day IT tasks and ensure timely closure.
 Prepare and maintain regular IT reports and system-related documentation.
 Provide basic user support for software, systems, and other IT-related issues.
 Maintain records of IT issues, resolutions, and pending activities.
Required Technical Skills
 Hands-on experience with Claude AI or similar Generative AI tools.
 Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
 Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL queries.
 Good understanding of JSON.
 Basic working knowledge of Python scripting.
 Understanding of workflow automation and business process improvement.
 Knowledge of API integrations / REST APIs will be an added advantage.
 Experience or working knowledge of SAP Business One is preferred.
 Good knowledge of Microsoft O􀆯ice applications.
Preferred Candidate Profile
 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT, automation, application support, or
related functions.
 Practical exposure to developing and maintaining business automation
solutions.
 Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into automated
workflows.
 Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
 Good communication and coordination skills.
 Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
 Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
