Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. You
will act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and will be
responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This role
requires a blend of administrative excellence and people skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: drafting job descriptions, posting ads,
screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Conduct background verification checks and reference checks.
Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and
setting up IT/workspace requirements.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, leaves, and
benefits.
Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and celebrations.
Assist in resolving employee grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
Promote a positive work culture and open communication.
3. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both digital and physical).
Manage the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity.
Handle the full & final settlement process for exiting employees.
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs (coordinating with Finance).
4. Performance Management & Policy
Assist in the implementation of performance review cycles (appraisals, feedback
sessions).
Support the development and communication of HR policies and the Employee
Handbook.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions for employees.
Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a
related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
