Key Responsibilities:
Study and interpret civil and structural drawings.
Execute and supervise construction activities independently at project sites.
Handle PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) and RCC building works.
Manage factory/industrial building construction and interior works.
Monitor and execute RCC works, finishing works, and structural activities.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and micro-level project schedules.
Coordinate site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
Manage rebar, formwork, shuttering, and sheeting works.
Implement Project Quality Plans as per company standards.
Ensure compliance with construction safety norms and regulations.
Adhere to relevant IS Codes and industry standards.
Candidate Requirements
Age: 30 – 40 years
Experience in Industrial Building / Factory Construction Projects
Strong knowledge of PEB and RCC structures
Ability to work independently at project sites.
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
Experience in client, contractor, and subcontractor coordination.
Strong planning, execution, and project monitoring skills.
