Announcement of Compensation & Salary survey in India

Pasona India Private Limited will continue to conduct a “Survey on salaries, benefits and bonuses for local employees in Japanese companies in India” this year.

Key Highlights of the Survey:

• Compensation & Benefits Survey: A large-scale survey of salary surveys targeting Japanese companies in India.
• Multilateral Analysis: The research data are analyzed by cross tabulation based on business industry, region, experience level. In addition, the analyses with regards to benefits are enriched. 
• The research specializes in Japanese corporations in India: This survey is designed to provide effective information for Japanese corporations in India to solve any HR related problems.

Implementation Period

October 4, 2021, to October 31, 2021

In this survey, we will analyze the salaries and benefits of local employees from various perspectives by industry, region, and experienced career so that they can be useful for securing excellent human resources and planning personnel budgets in India.
We will present a summary of the survey results and a survey result report to the companies that responded.
