Guided by this philosophy, we recently organized a ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ณ๐ž๐ ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ focussing on ๐€๐œ๐œ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐š๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐Ž๐ฐ๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ (๐€๐‘๐Ž), ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ƒ๐ž๐œ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง-๐Œ๐š๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐’๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ, for one of our valued Japanese clients.

The session highlights are as follows:

โ— ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐€๐‘๐Ž ๐…๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ž๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค: We decoded the nuances between Accountability, Responsibility, and Ownership and how each plays a distinct role in workplace effectiveness.

โ— ๐–๐ž ๐Ÿ๐จ๐œ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ ๐จ๐ง ๐ž๐š๐œ๐ก ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐š๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐€๐‘๐Ž ๐๐ž๐ž๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ฒ to help participants reflect on their existing understanding and identify the gaps. This was done through case studies and activities, which were fun, yet insightful.

โ— ๐–๐ž ๐ฌ๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐š ๐ฉ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐ƒ๐ž๐œ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง-๐Œ๐š๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ž๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค with participants to give them a structured approach towards taking decisions in daily situations. They could identify where they need to realign and rethink and enhance their decision-making capabilities.

The session was excellently delivered by our trainer Pragati Oberoi. Insights were created through thought-provoking questions and navigating through daily thought processes and actions of the participants.

Throughout the session, the participants were highly interactive and engaging, fostering a collaborative environment for learning. The participants performed amazingly in the case studies and practical activities, demonstrating a quick grasp of complex scenarios and a keen ability to apply the learnings.
