Guided by this philosophy, we recently organized a 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 focussing on 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 (𝐀𝐑𝐎), 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬, for one of our valued Japanese clients.

The session highlights are as follows:

● 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐑𝐎 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤: We decoded the nuances between Accountability, Responsibility, and Ownership and how each plays a distinct role in workplace effectiveness.

● 𝐖𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐑𝐎 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐲 to help participants reflect on their existing understanding and identify the gaps. This was done through case studies and activities, which were fun, yet insightful.

● 𝐖𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 with participants to give them a structured approach towards taking decisions in daily situations. They could identify where they need to realign and rethink and enhance their decision-making capabilities.

The session was excellently delivered by our trainer Pragati Oberoi. Insights were created through thought-provoking questions and navigating through daily thought processes and actions of the participants.

Throughout the session, the participants were highly interactive and engaging, fostering a collaborative environment for learning. The participants performed amazingly in the case studies and practical activities, demonstrating a quick grasp of complex scenarios and a keen ability to apply the learnings.
