As you may be aware, Pasona India conducts Salary & Benefits Survey every year to collect, consolidate, and analyse the market trends with respect to employee compensation and benefits.
Considering the request from our clients, we are extending the deadline by one week. The revised deadline to fill and submit the survey is 25th November 2024 (Mon)
The participating companies will receive a detailed survey report (soft copy) with the findings, FREE OF COST. We will release the report by 1st week of March.

Once you click the button, you will be directed to Pasona Survey Portal – Survey PRIDE. You will need to enter your Email id and a Password (of your choice) to access the survey questionnaire.
In case you would like to stop mid-way and resume filling the survey later, then please save your filled responses by clicking on the SAVE button before exiting the survey. You will be required to re-enter your Email id and Password (initially filled) to access the survey and submit your responses. So please make a note of the Email id and Password entered by you initially
Once you have completed the survey, please click on SUBMIT button to submit your responses. Please note that you will not be able to access your responses after clicking on the SUBMIT button.
We would like to mention that the data which you share with us, is treated with utmost confidentiality. We do not share any company specific data in the report. The data is consolidated, compiled and analysed on various aspects like industry/sector, revenue size, state, and the report is prepared on aggregate data.
