We all know the importance of planning in our life, both in personal and professional scenario. It helps us to visualize the goals, create a clear action plan, maximize the potential of available resources, define & delegate responsibilities and anticipate and prepare for risks!

Through case study discussions and experience sharing, constructive brainstorming, our trainer Pragati Oberoi, helped participants from varied industries to enhance and deepen their understanding of doing regular work, important projects, Kaizen ideas more efficiently through effective planning & implementation.

It was an engaging webinar with 19 participants! The energy was amazing, and the learning was immense.
