Successful Completion of the Working with India Training for AISIN Automotive Karnataka Private Ltd.

At Pasona India, we are committed to building cross- cultural competence for both Indian and Japanese nationals, to bridge cultural and communication gaps in Japanese Organizations.

In line with our commitment, we conducted yet another session on Indian Culture Awareness for our esteemed client @AISIN AUTOMOTIVE KARNATAKA PRIVATE LIMITED and sincerely appreciate the trust they placed in us to support their Japanese expatriates in strengthening their understanding of Indian workplace culture.

It was a short and crisp session of 2 hours which captured the essence of the key essentials around Indian culture, diversity and work mind-set. Delivered in Japanese by our trainer, Ms. Pragati Oberoi, the program encouraged active participation, thoughtful discussions, and an open exchange of perspectives.

The participants were able to address their concerns related to actual workplace situations, comprehend different cultural nuances, and gain practical insights.

We sincerely thank our client for their trust in us and for choosing us as their learning partner.

We look forward to another engaging session soon with the remaining members!

We truly believe that “Cross-cultural competence is all about an enduring commitment to look at the world through another’s eyes, and the courage to let what you see change you.”
