Building stronger connections between Indian and Japanese professionals continues to be at the heart of our cross-cultural learning initiatives.
We recently had the opportunity to conduct our signature training program on “Working with India” for Japanese professionals, designed to help participants to bridging cultural gaps between India and Japan through our learning interventions.
As the training was delivered in Japanese by our trainer Pragati Oberoi, the session enabled participants to engage comfortably and facilitated two-way communication throughout the session. The session was highly interactive and engaging, encouraging meaningful discussions and equipping participants with practical insights into Indian workplace culture and practices.
Key themes explored during the session included:
๐น Understanding the Indian mindset and cultural influences
๐น Workplace values in India
๐น Similarities and differences between Indian and Japanese work cultures
๐น Overcoming the cultural barriers
๐น The role of flexibility, adaptability, and innovation in Indian workplaces
๐น Strategies for fostering successful cross-cultural collaboration
The interactive face-to-face session encouraged open dialogue, experience sharing, and practical learning, allowing participants to address real workplace situations.
The enthusiasm and genuine willingness of the Japanese professionals to understand, adapt, and connect with Indian culture was truly commendable.
We sincerely thank our Japanese clients for their trust and for choosing us as their learning partner. We look forward to continuing our efforts in supporting Indian and Japanese professionals in working together more effectively through cross-cultural sensitization workshop.
