At PASONA India ย – Global Training Division, we are constantly engaged in bridging cultural gaps between India and Japan, through our various cross-cultural sensitization workshops.
In line with this philosophy of work, we recently concluded another successful session on โWorking with Indiaโ for Japanese expat members of our esteemed client Mitsubishi Electric in India The session aimed at creating:

The face-to-face session was very interactive, and participants shared their challenges, clarified doubts and assumptions about India and Indians and learnt some key skills to work effectively in Indian environment.
The participants also got an opportunity to know each otherโs challenges and learn together.
Kudos to all the participants for their eagerness to learn and adapt to the Indian work style and mind-set.
The session was delivered by our trainer, Pragati Oberoi, in Japanese language, for the ease of understanding of the participants and this made the two-way
communication effective and engaging.
