PasonaIndia remain committed to bridging cultural gaps between India and Japan, through our various cross-cultural sensitization workshops. It was a dynamic and engaging training session on “Working with India” focusing on building deeper understanding and stronger cross-cultural connections by exploring Indian culture values and professional practices.

The face-to-face session was highly interactive, providing participants with an opportunity to share their challenges, address doubts and assumptions about India and Indian professionals, and develop essential skills to work effectively in the Indian environment.
The eagerness of the Japanese expats to learn and adapt to the Indian mind-set was remarkable and appreciable.
The session was delivered by our trainer Pragati Oberoi, in Japanese language, for the ease of comprehension and effective two-way communication.
We will remain committed to bringing Indian and Japanese culture closer and help both sides to integrate into each other’s culture, through such cross-culture sensitization and awareness sessions.
