In our constant efforts to bridge cultural gaps between India and Japan, we, at PASONA India Private Limited, recently concluded another successful session on โWorking With Indiaโ for some of the Japanese Nationals who are working in India!
This time, there were in total of 14 participants, from different Japanese companies across various industries.

The face-to-face session was held at IBIS Hotel, Gurugram and it was an interactive session and participants shared their challenges, clarified doubts and assumptions about India and Indians and learnt some key skills to work effectively in Indian environment.
The participants also got an opportunity to chit-chat and network over lunch that followed after the session.
The session was delivered by our trainer, Pragati Oberoi, in Japanese language, for the ease of understanding of the participants and this made the two-way communication effective and engaging.
