Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
Handle day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, vouchers, invoices, and expense tracking
Support monthly and annual closing activities
Coordinate with the consulting agency for accounting entries, compliance, and reporting
Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance by providing required data to consultants
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Administration
Manage office administration tasks including vendor coordination, documentation, and records management
Support HR-related administrative work such as payroll coordination, attendance data, and employee documentation
Handle purchase orders, vendor invoices, and payment follow-ups
Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external consultants
Coordination & Support
Act as the primary point of contact for the consulting agency
Support audits and provide necessary documents and clarifications
Assist management with reports, data preparation, and administrative support
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
5-10 years of experience in Accounts & Administration ** accounts is more priority
Experience working with consulting agencies or external accountants is preferred
Basic knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Good communication skills in English

Experience in a small or mid-sized organization
Ability to multitask and work independently
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
