Job Description
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales activities
ο± OEM Sales (Direct) - Development of new OEM customers for direct sales. Work closely with customers for delivery schedules and project planning. Coordinate with internal teams for ensuring optimum inventories and production planning. As a single window person to customer, work closely with internal engineering Japanese team to support customers (especially automotive) for documentation requirements related to quality, manufacturing, etc. as the case may be.
ο± Distributor Sales - provide sales support to Distributors, visit customers along with Distributor Team and push distributor sales to customer. Meet industrial customers at their plants/offices to understand their requirements to discuss and promote the technical advantages of our product & carry out commercial discussions. Manage product related queries, premature failures or customer complaints with support and guidance from internal teams and management.
ο± Monitor Advance Booking and monthly sales ensure monthly booking and shipment target is met. Also ensure there is no overbooking by any distributor.
ο± Monitor payment receivables from customer and follow up to recover.
ο± Maintain and update online files for clear business communication and planning
Other Marketing related Activities
ο± Development of new products with existing customers
ο± Assist in promotion of NTN brand in India as per activities planned from time to time.
ο± Analysis of competitor activity in zone and provide feedback to Top Management Team
ο± Provide reports as per the designated formats and SOP guidelines
Educational Qualification
A.Qualification: Engineering degree, Management degree/diploma
