To lead and drive Pigeon India’s e-commerce business across key marketplaces and D2C
platforms, ensuring strong sales growth, brand visibility, operational excellence, and superior
consumer experience.
������ ��������������������������������:
1. Strategic & Business Planning
 Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with company
objectives.
 Identify growth opportunities across online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry,
Big Basket, etc.).
 Formulate annual business plans and sales forecasts for e-commerce channels.
2. Sales & Revenue Management
 Drive monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure profitability.
 Monitor key performance metrics like GMV, ROI, conversion rates, and ASP.
 Manage pricing strategy, discount control, and promotional campaigns to maximize
revenue.
3. Platform Management
 Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers of major
marketplaces.
 Ensure product listings, content, visibility, and ratings/reviews are optimized for
performance.
 Lead new product launches on online platforms in coordination with marketing and
supply chain.

4. Digital Marketing & Brand Visibility
 Collaborate with marketing teams to run digital ad campaigns (SEO, SEM, Sponsored
Ads).
 Plan and manage performance marketing budgets for marketplace and D2C channels.
 Enhance brand presence through content optimization, influencer programs, and e-
branding.
5. Operations & Supply Chain Coordination
 Work closely with SCM to ensure healthy stock availability and minimal out-of-stock
situations.
 Optimize logistics and delivery efficiency for e-commerce partners and D2C
channels.
 Oversee order fulfilment, returns management, and customer service quality.
6. Analytics & Insights
 Analyse data to derive actionable insights on consumer behaviour, competition, and
trends.
 Track sales performance dashboards and share periodic MIS reports with leadership.
7. Team Leadership
 Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce executives and coordinators.
 Foster a high-performance, data-driven culture within the e-commerce team.
������ ������������ & ������������������������:
 Strong understanding of FMCG and e-commerce ecosystem.
 Hands-on experience with marketplace management tools and dashboards.
 Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and advertising
platforms.
 Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
 Strategic thinker with ability to translate insights into business growth.
�������������������������� & ��������������������:
 MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or E-Commerce.
 8–12 years of experience in FMCG e-commerce sales (preferably managing multiple
platforms).
 Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in online business.
Compensation Budget:
 22 to 24 LPA.

Educational Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or E-Commerce.
