To strategically manage categories, optimize operations, strengthen vendor relationships,
and drive sales through data-backed decisions and effective marketing execution.
������ ��������������������������������:
 Drive Category Growth & Market Share
Develop and execute category expansion strategies, optimize pricing, and curate product selection to maximize
revenue and strengthen the company’s presence in the quick commerce space.
 Ensure Platform Excellence
Manage category performance across platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket), ensuring
seamless integration, consistent visibility, and superior customer experience.
 Build Strong Vendor & Brand Partnerships
Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with top brands and suppliers to secure competitive
pricing, optimize inventory, and ensure reliable product availability.
 Leverage Data for Performance Optimization
Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and apply insights to improve profitability,
enhance category performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
 Enhance Operational Efficiency
Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to streamline inventory management,
reduce stockouts, and enable fast, reliable order fulfilment.
 Boost Product Visibility & Sales Through Marketing
Partner with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns, discounts,
and merchandising strategies that increase product awareness and drive conversions.
 Stay Ahead with Market & Consumer Insights
Continuously track industry trends, competitor strategies, and evolving consumer
preferences to adapt category strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

������ ������������ & ������������������������:

 Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystem & processes.
 Hands-on experience in Sales / Operations Planning on Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart,
Big Basket.
 Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication skills with the ability to manage vendors,
brands, and internal stakeholders effectively.
 Industry knowledge: Strong knowledge of quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy
Instamart, Big Basket).
 Portal Knowledge: Deep understanding of e-commerce seller portals, backend operations,
and category analytics.
 Sound Knowledge of Ads Planning & Media Buying Plans at Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart,
Big Basket.
 Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing category performance, pricing trends, and sales data.
�������������������������� & ��������������������:
 MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or E-Commerce.
 5–8 years of experience in FMCG e-commerce sales (preferably managing multiple platforms).
 Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in online business.
Compensation Budget:
 7 to 9 LPA.

Educational Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or E-Commerce.
