1 Heading the IT Dept with shift staff
2 Strong Knowledge of SAP B1 and coordinate with vendor for issue resolution and customization
3 take input from user and implement updates in SAP B1
4 Cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS)
5 Manage Airtel Mobile, Leaseline, Canon Printers, Minosha Printer account
6 SATO Label printers , Lable design software (Nice label)
7 Manage WLC and Access Point and LAN, WAN configuration
8 SD Wan Knowledge, Backup software and Manage Cisco switch
9 Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
10 Barcode print server management
11 Coordinate with IT vendors, service providers, and MSPs
12 UPS Mgmt, NVR, CCTV configuration and support
13 Laser machine, Autocad management
14 Biomatric Machine knowledge, support and server management
15 Microsoft 365 Administration, outlook configuration, email id managemnet
16 VLAN, VPN, Firewall, Routing, Switching
17 Lead network troubleshooting and incident management
18 Manage IT procurement and asset lifecycle, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Cybersecurity tools
19 Prepare IT budget and cost optimization plans
20 Manage endpoint security, antivirus, and patch management
21 Ensure compliance with data protection and IT governance standards
22 Manage and monitor centralized antivirus/EDR solution
23 Asset management and Bitlocker Knowledge
24 EPABX File server management and PA system knowledge and support
25 Mail Safe, Website design knowledge and new development
26 Tally knowledge and support
