Job Description


Key Responsibilities: -
1. Import / Exports Shipments Handling: - Manage the end-to-end process of import as well as export shipments, including coordination with
international suppliers/customers, freight forwarders, and customs clearance agents. - Ensure timely and cost-effective importation of goods while adhering to all regulatory requirements. - Ensure to claim back exports benefits associated with export of goods & services. - Managing all types of imports/exports shipments including High-Sea sales, ship to – Bill to model.
2. Courier Shipments: - Coordinate domestic and international courier services for small packages, documents, and samples. - Track and ensure on-time delivery of shipments and liaise with courier services for any issues.
3. Sample Dispatch (Local & International): - Prepare and dispatch product samples for local and international clients. - Ensure accurate documentation and shipping compliance for both local and global regulations.
4. Local Dispatches: - Oversee the planning and execution of local deliveries to ensure timely and accurate dispatches to
customers and business partners. - Coordinate with transport services and warehouse teams for efficient logistics operations.
5. Submission of Logistics Bills for Payment: - Review and verify all logistics-related invoices (transport, import/export duties, warehousing, etc.). - Prepare and submit bills for payment in a timely manner.
6. MIS Reports: - Prepare and maintain various logistics-related Management Information System (MIS) reports for
internal tracking and decision-making. - Ensure reports are accurate and reflect real-time data for shipment tracking, inventory, and logistics
costs.

Educational Qualification

Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in logistics management, import/export operations, and warehousing. - Knowledge of EXIM procedures, LC documentation, and E-Way Bill requirements. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software. - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
