Role Overview
The Factory Manager will oversee plant operations and will also play a critical leadership role during the construction and commissioning phase of the facility. The position requires a blend of operational excellence, project coordination, and strong safety leadership.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Oversee plant setup, construction coordination, and commissioning activities
β’ Manage factory operations post-commissioning
β’ Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory, and regulatory requirements
β’ Lead production, maintenance, quality, and logistics functions
β’ Drive efficiency, productivity, and cost-control initiatives
β’ Coordinate with management, consultants, contractors, and authorities
Candidate Profile
β’ Proven experience in chemical / gas / process manufacturing
β’ Strong plant operations and team leadership background
β’ Experience in greenfield / project-phase involvement preferred
β’ Solid understanding of EHS and statutory compliance
β’ Engineering qualification preferred
