PRINCIPAL AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

1- Preventive/Predictive Maintenance: Develop and execute schedules to maximise equipment uptime and prevent breakdowns.
2- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Perform advanced diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
3- Reliability Improvement: Analyse equipment performance data to implement improvements and increase efficiency.
4- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols (OSHA) and environmental regulations.
5 -Team Leadership: Guide and mentor technicians, coordinate daily maintenance activities, and manage external contractors.
6- System Management: Utilise CMMS/SAP systems for maintenance planning, spare parts inventory management, and documentation
7- Maintain accurate records regarding routine inspections of all mechanical equipment, safe handling procedures of chemicals, and daily work/project logs.
8- Provide on the job staff training. Generate communication to staff, suppliers, clients, and tenants regarding construction/maintenance work.
9. Maintenance of panasonic welding robots, MIG, TIG, SPM, CNC bender & press m/ c
10. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective parts, test and adjust automated production equipment. Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines and equipment.
11- Experience in trouble shooting and equipment maintenance of electrical, mechanical pneumatic, hydraulic and robotics problems on automated equipment.
12. Use of robotic systems to program and troubleshoot (Panasonic Robots & Panasonic power source).
13- Experience in trouble shooting and equipment maintenance of electrical, mechanical pneumatic, hydraulic and robotics problems on automated equipment.

KEY COPETENCIES NEEDED:
1 PLC programming experience highly desirable (Mitsubishi Q series and FX-series)
2 Maintenance of utility equipment, such as AC, air washer, cooling tower, air compressor, ACB, VCH, BCT
3. Responsible for spare parts management & procurements
4. Analysis of breakdown of the machine, starting from the root cause problem, to give the best possible solution.

Diploma/Degree in Electrical or electronics.
