Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
a) Manage HSE compliance and ISO certification status
b) Able to develop goals and configure annual HSE programs
c) Able to monitor & measure activity performance through metrics
d) Able to be the bridge between actual situation at genba / difficulty of practical situation to management expectations
e) Able to work with multicultural / multilingual members across India / globe
f) Should be open to travel regularly, Should have no restriction to work at shopfloor or construction site level or corporate office.
Performance Metrics: -
a) Sustain 100% compliance to internal & external HSE requirements
b) YoY growth of revenue in Anzen Taikan Dojo
c) Take intentional measures to reduce traffic / workplace / environment accidents
d) Take HSE activities to new dimensions for the future requirement of new mobility.
Educational Qualification
Any Graduation - BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, etc
